The winds of change continue to redefine and refocus
MainSale along with the business environment supporting
us all.
We have become deeply involved in alternate channel procurement
and sales for a variety of products and materials. These
include telecom, computer and heavy construction equipment.
We use the same award winning sales techniques to help
our customers develop their own exemplar sales resources
while using our skills and professional networks to sell
or procure for their product requirements.
MainSale, Inc. began in October 2002 as a way to channel
and challenge the energies of our president and co-founder,
Joel Bailey. After retiring from a major high-tech
company, Joel along with co-founder Lisa Bailey
formed MainSale with the intent of helping companies
with their sales requirements and resource development.
Today MainSale is a woman-owned business. Our status
qualifies MainSale to compete for MWBE-targeted business
in both the public and private
sectors.
Our clients can always depend
on MainSale for the highest quality, experience, and
range of services. At the
same time, they may also benefit from our MWBE status.
Contracting with MainSale helps many clients in reaching the goals of their
corporate diversity programs. In addition, by subcontracting
or partnering with MainSale,
companies
that are not minority or woman-owned may themselves be able to qualify for
MWBE-targeted business.

Lisa Bailey
CEO, Co-founder
Lisa Bailey has a history of success in start up businesses.
Lisa is a majority shareholder and is deeply involved
in the day-to-day operations of MainSale. With her background
in telecommunications
and health
care,
Lisa is known
for
building teams uniquely qualified to provide customer
value and
client satisfaction. Her standards of excellence, integrity,
and customer appreciation are banners for her teams to
follow. |

Joel Bailey
President and Co-founder
Joel Bailey has over 30 years experience in sales and
marketing, with over 25 years in the telecommunications
industry.
Joel provides leadership in the marketing, sales and
business consulting programs, and is deeply involved
in the telecommunications equipment and sales outsourcing
efforts of the company as well. His overall telecommunications
background includes functional and management contributions
in engineering, marketing, sales, and resource development.
Prior to MainSale, Joel was recognized as an exemplar
sales manager and mentor in his 23+ year award winning
career
with
Nortel
Networks. |

Peggy Bloodworth
Vice President Strategic Marketing
Peggy Bloodworth brings extensive experience in quality,
marketing, sales, contracts and business development
to MainSale.
Her vast experience includes food service marketing at
a privately held company, 5 years at Lufkin, a Cooper
Tools
company,
and 19 years at Nortel Networks. She has managed every
aspect of marketing and sales creating profitable business
lines.
Peggy and her team were recognized with the top marketing
and sales awards by Nortel and
honored
by a customer for building a working relationship that
had been strained for years. Prior to joining MainSale,
Peggy was consulting with an IT/project management
company as well as managing
a research vineyard with her husband, Jeff. |

Tony Gordon
Director of Business Development
Tony Gordon is the Director of Business Development
and Corporate Strategy for the MainSale team. Tony
held a number of key leadership positions during his
telecommunication career, including Director of Market
Development with a major equipment provider, where
he led the development of multi-level alternate channel
partnerships,
as well
as the launch of the company’s end customer re-sale
programs. Prior to that, Mr. Gordon was associated with
Nortel Networks, with responsibility for market development
and the support of secondary market sales. |

Susan Bailey
Sales Manager
Susan Bailey has a finance management
background and is responsible for our customer service
as well as sales management and development at MainSale.
Susan has held various leadership and management positions
including banking branch manager of a major financial
institution. Her acute sense of integrity, intuitive
business acumen and optimism inspire her team and endear
our customers. |
